WOD Bootcamp Day 2 - 10am Workout
We built a fortress!! :D And in order to do that each of us had to make huge snow balls first. After a while they got quite big and heavy and having experience with tire flipping was very helpful. While we did that every minute we had to stop and do squats. After that it was time for a SNOW BALL FIGHT!!! :D If you got “killed” you had to step aside and do either 10 jumping lunges / 10...
