Today's lesson I need to learn:
The fact that it’s there in front of you or on your plate does not mean you have to eat it. And also, when you hesitate how much you should put on your plate, always go for the smaller portion. If you want more after you’re done you go and get it. (this applies mostly to the unhealthy stuff)

aurummm asked: With your weight loss and gain in muscle, did you notice you ate more often? not necessarily bigger meals but snacking often for instance? Im noticing Ive been eating a lot more often than usual since ive been doing more weight/strength training, and I dont know if its normal.
