WOD Bootcamp Day 1:
When we arrived at the hotel it was already getting dark (and cold!) so we just decided to play in the snow. We chased each other and whoever got caught had to do 20 squats. After that we did 2x5 pull-ups (I used some help but I’m still so happy!) and 2x10 L leg raises (at least my boyfriends says that’s what it’s called, lol). I haven’t had so much fun in the snow since I was a little kid :D
