8am breakfast: 1 egg, cheese, tomato and “butter”. At a closer look I decided the butter is not real butter and has 2% “non-dairy substance” whatever that is, so I skipped it. I have some raw nuts in my bag so I’ll eat that instead and also my mom made me homemade banitsa (filo pastry, eggs, cheese and butter) before I left :)
