Meals: Wednesday May 23

  • Breakfast: some cheese, an orange, a handful of peeled raw almonds; green tea with 1tsp honey
  • Lunch: homemade eggplant with tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella cheese and butter
  • Snack: half leftover salad with carrots, beets, spinach, olives and feta cheese; a cappuccino and 2 macaroons
  • Dinner is the same as lunch

Food for Monday May 21:

  • Brunch: a sandwich my mom made me before I left - wholegrain bread, butter, tomato sauce and salami; a glass of ayran (200g plain yogurt, mixed with water and sea salt)
  • Dinner: Baked chicken wings with soy sauce and butter; 1 potato baked in ghee; a green salad with a handful of walnuts and dressing made of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and mustard

I had to finish a project today so I didn’t get any food until 2 o’clock in the afternoon. The fact that I didn’t have much to choose from didn’t really help but I went to the store and made myself a lovely dinner. So, only two meals but I made sure I added extra fats to get my calories up.

My Meals - Tuesday 15th May

  • Breakfast: Yogurt with honey, walnuts and half an apple (not pictured)
  • Lunch: A huge tuna salad with lettuce, baby corn, olive oil and mustard
  • Dinner: Sushi with a Ceasar salad (the chicken was fried but I haven’t had this salad from this particular restaurant in over a year, so what the heck); a few raw almonds; a super small piece of cheesecake (I made it for my boyfriend’s birthday and it had all “healthy” ingredients!)

The quality of the photos is awful, I know, but I use my iPhone camera (I have the oldest model) and it’s a bit hard to take decent photos, especially when the light is low. So sorry about that!

I’m always taking photos of my meals and then forget to upload them. So, here is all of the food I had yesterday :)

Would you guys want me to do more posts like this, where you can see all of my meals for the day at once?
